We use order forms for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect contact information (like name, address, phone number(s), email address(es), etc.). This information is used to complete your order, or to get in touch with you should we have any questions about your order or to answer your inquiry.

Mailing Lists - Specials and Newsletters

At this time, we do not send unsolicited email to our customers. We may do so in the future to let everyone know about specials or for similar purposes. We may also offer a periodically distributed newsletter sometime in the future.

Sharing Information

The information you provide to us is used for internal purposes only.
